_______________________________________________________ HERITAGE OPEN DAYS In the Museum: 9.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday 12th, Monday 14th, Thursday 17th and Saturday 19th September Step inside Birchington's story this Heritage Open Days season and discover how Jennie Burgess and Alfred Walker helped create and preserve records of the people, places and memories that shaped the village. Our volunteers will be on hand to welcome visitors and share the stories behind the displays. For a limited time, rarely seen archives and photographs will be brought out to reveal Birchington past and present, from the careful research of Jennie and Alfred to the images that capture how the village has changed.
